Product Description
The Good News Is This Is An Original 1966 Still Sealed Stereo Butcher Cover Second State. The Fact That This LP Has Survived Still Sealed Is A Miracle.
The Original Owner Was A New England DJ Who Was Given FREE LPs And Instead Of Opening It, He Put This LP In A Box With Other LPs He Received As A DJ Back In The 1960's.
The Original Breathe Holes In The Shrink Wrap Are Present And Accurate.
You Can See In A Few Of The Photos The Mustard Colored Capitol Inner Sleeve Under The Shrink Wrap.
We Paid Beatles Expert Perry Cox To Authenticate This As Original And Still Sealed. You Will Get A Copy Of The Email From Perry Cox. Perry Said That He Has A Process That Might Be Able To Remove Some Of The Mold And We Are Attempting To Work Out Those Details So It Will Be In Much Better Shape.
The Bad News Is This LP Was Kept In Storage Near A Lake So It Has Mold On The Cover. The Original Shrink Wrap Is Still Sealed But One Of The Corners Has A Cut Portion Of The Shrink Wrap Off And Has A Radio Station Category Number Hand Written. There Is Normal Shrink Wrap Seam Splitting Around The LP Edge Due To The Age And Fragility Of The Original Factory Shrink Wrap. There May Also Be Creases And Bends Around The Edge And Corners Normal To LPs Stored For Long Periods Of Time. If You Are Looking For Perfect Mint Copy (Perfect Shrink Wrap, Perfect Corners, No Bends Or Creases) Please Don't Buy This. The Vinyl LP Inside And The Inner Sleeve Are Still Mint, Sealed Inside And Unplayed.
Label Color: Capitol Rainbow Label.
